1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for:

  • All activity conducted through your account, whether by you or any other party who gains access.
  • Ensuring your account is not accessed by underage individuals or any unauthorised parties.
  • Notify the 3400 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The platform accepts no liability for losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Users are required to set a strong password and must not share account access with any other party.

3. Payments, Transactions & MYR Currency

All transactions on the 3400 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users.

Important payment information:

  • Deposit: Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian local banks. Deposits are typically processed within 5–15 minutes depending on the selected method.
  • Withdrawal: Winnings are withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. Processing typically takes 1–3 business hours upon successful identity verification.
  • Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method and account tier. Please check the latest details in your account dashboard.
  • Identity verification: First-time withdrawals or those above a certain amount require identity document verification (MyKad or passport) before processing.

All successful deposits are considered final unless there is verified evidence of a technical error. Users may not initiate chargebacks through their credit card or financial institution without prior written consent from 3400.

User strictly prohibited from:

  • Opening an account using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.

3400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:

  • Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any suspicious behaviour.
  • Account closure requested by the user themselves.
  • Failure to submit identity verification documents within the required timeframe.

If an account is closed due to a violation, any balance linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.
