Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 3400 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3400 platform on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use the 3400 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Not prohibited by local or national law from participating in online betting or gaming activities.
- Register only one personal account in your own name — corporate accounts, proxy registrations, or accounts on behalf of others are not permitted.
- Providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
3400 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3400 platform. Registering duplicate accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.
You are fully responsible for:
- The confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- All activity conducted through your account, whether by you or any other party who gains access.
- Ensuring your account is not accessed by underage individuals or any unauthorised parties.
- Notify the 3400 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
The platform accepts no liability for losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Users are required to set a strong password and must not share account access with any other party.
3. Payments, Transactions & MYR Currency
All transactions on the 3400 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users.
Important payment information:
- Deposit: Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian local banks. Deposits are typically processed within 5–15 minutes depending on the selected method.
- Withdrawal: Winnings are withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. Processing typically takes 1–3 business hours upon successful identity verification.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method and account tier. Please check the latest details in your account dashboard.
- Identity verification: First-time withdrawals or those above a certain amount require identity document verification (MyKad or passport) before processing.
- Transaction failed: If a payment fails, please check with your bank first. 3400 is not liable for any fees or penalties imposed by third-party financial institutions.
All successful deposits are considered final unless there is verified evidence of a technical error. Users may not initiate chargebacks through their credit card or financial institution without prior written consent from 3400.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Use of the 3400 platform is subject to the following rules. Any violation may result in account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of any associated balance.
User strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other technical tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in fraud, hacking, manipulating game outcomes, or interfering with the platform's systems in any way.
- Opening an account using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Sharing accounts or transferring account balances to other users outside of the platform's official channels.

3400 reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
3400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any suspicious behaviour.
- Account closure requested by the user themselves.
- Failure to submit identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any balance linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.
Changes to Terms
3400 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are updated on this website. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
